1. Products
In the online store cbdshop.ee, products are divided into product categories by groups (e.g. “CBD oil”, “E-liquids”).
Products in all groups are visible by clicking on the PRODUCTS link in the menu.
2. Adding products to the “Shopping cart”
Clicking on the product image or name will open a more detailed product description. Find the product you are looking for and add it to the shopping cart by clicking “ADD TO CART”.
You can view the contents and cost of your shopping cart by moving your cursor to the shopping cart icon in the upper right.
In the shopping cart, you can change the quantities by clicking “+” or “-” in the quantity field. You can remove products from the shopping cart by clicking on the cross icon.
If you have a discount code, enter it and click “Use coupon”. We share discount codes in our Facebook group, and we can also send coupons by e-mail.
3. Finalizing the purchase transaction
In the opened shopping cart, you will see the selected products, quantity and price. To proceed, click the “GO TO PAY” button
For payment, enter the correct data about the person making the purchase (name, phone, address, e-mail). All goods will be charged for transportation, depending on the selected mode of transportation. More detailed information about transportation options and prices is available in the footer under the “DELIVERY” link.
Select a payment method – we offer the option to pay by invoice.
Agree to the Terms of Sale and confirm the order by clicking the “CONFIRM AND PAY” button.
By submitting the order, the sales transaction is considered concluded, and the order invoice will be displayed on the screen. The order invoice will also be sent to the e-mail address entered by the customer. A separate invoice will also be attached as a .PDF document.
4. Paying for the order
The order will only be fulfilled after the payment has been made and the money has been received in the account of the company operating the online store.
On the cbdshop.ee website, it is possible to pay by invoice.
The online store is the controller of personal data.
All payments are made in euros and are deducted from the payer’s account in euros.
5. Delivery
The goods are sent to the customer’s nearest Omniva or Itella Smartpost parcel machine across Estonia free of charge. In Finland, it is possible to pick up the goods from a Smartpost parcel machine. In Latvia, it is possible to pick up the goods from an Omniva parcel machine.
Parcels within Estonia are sent within 7 days at the latest. Parcels sent to Finland and Latvia within 14 days at the latest.
