Terms of Sale and Return Policy
The owner of the online store CBDSHOP.EE (hereinafter the Online Store) is: Green shop SIA (registration code 40203249140).
Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product and Price Information
The terms of sale apply to purchases made from the Online Store.
The prices of products sold in the Online Store are listed in euros and shown next to the products. Delivery fees are added to the product price.
The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the chosen delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer during checkout.
Product information is provided directly next to each product in the Online Store.
Placing an Order
To order goods, the desired products must be added to the shopping cart. To place an order, the required data fields must be filled in and a suitable delivery method selected. After this, the total amount payable is shown, which can be paid via invoice.
The contract becomes effective once the payment has been received in the Online Store’s bank account.
The Online Store cbd.ee operates exclusively in euros.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to stock shortage or other reasons, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but no later than 14 days after notification.
Use of Discount Coupons
Only one discount coupon may be used per order.
Discount codes are shared in our Facebook group, and we may also send coupons via email.
Delivery
Products are shipped to the following countries: Estonia, Finland, Latvia.
Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and are shown next to the selected delivery method.
Domestic shipments within Estonia generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within up to 7 working days from the entry into force of the sales agreement. Deliveries outside Estonia take up to 14 calendar days.
In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days.
Right of Withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.
Opened products cannot be returned!
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, the goods must not be used beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning, as would be allowed in a physical store.
If the goods have been used for other purposes or show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refunded amount according to the decrease in the value of the goods.
To return goods, a withdrawal request must be submitted and sent to cbdshop.estland@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods, except when the return is due to the item being incorrect or defective.
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal request or provide proof that the goods were handed over to the carrier within this period.
The Online Store will refund all payments received from the buyer without delay, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal request. The refund may be withheld until the goods are received back or proof of return has been provided, whichever occurs first.
If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method different from the cheapest standard delivery offered, the Online Store is not required to reimburse costs exceeding the standard delivery fee.
The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the transaction and request the return of goods if the price was mistakenly listed significantly below market value.
Right to Submit Complaints
The buyer has the right to submit a complaint within two months of discovering a defect by emailing cbdshop.estland@gmail.com.
The Online Store is not responsible for defects that occur after the goods have been handed over to the buyer.
If the product has defects for which the Online Store is responsible, it will repair or replace the product. If this is not possible, all payments related to the contract will be refunded.
The Online Store will respond to complaints in writing or in a form that allows written reproduction within 15 days.
Direct Marketing and Personal Data Processing
The Online Store uses the personal data provided by the buyer (including name, phone number, address, email address, and bank details) only for order processing and delivery. Data may be shared with logistics providers for delivery purposes.
The Online Store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s email only if the buyer has given consent by entering their email address and agreeing to receive marketing communications.
The buyer may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by notifying us via email or following the instructions in the email.
Dispute Resolution
If the buyer has complaints, they must be sent to cbdshop.estland@gmail.com.
If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may обратиться to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The procedure and application form are available here. The committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract. The procedure is free of charge for the buyer.
